one set of regrind cams
intake has 9.5mm (0.355") of lift (stock is about 8mm)
exhaust has 10mm (0.395") of lift (stock is about 9mm)
i don't have duration spec,but they were much rougher then my actual crower's 262
you will need lash caps to run those
