Okay, you are Third in line I think.

Shipping from MO to me was $15.75, so around there.

Complete dash, everything, only thing NOT there is the gauges.

I can post a pic but it'll be awhile, it's just the black shifter surround part, with a silver ring and 2 blue toggle switches in the upper right hand corner.

I'm really not sure if they are the same. THey include all buttons, it's a complete assy. $20+ S/H and I'd do it.
