2nd...the mp3 phone can you use it as just an mp3 player? and can you download songs off the net and upload them?

EDIT : k I did a search and Yes you can just download songs off the net with the usb, but do you have to pay anything just to download the songs and play them on the phone? Do you need anything extra?
