inserts are hard to find. Several people on the forums have been lookin but could not find any.

i custom modded the fogs to fit the insert and you can probally do it too.

 

Is the Solara gonna get done-up like the Tib? or just a drop? Nice Car, and good luck with it. Im interested in seeing a Solara modded, I think those cars have potential, looks and performance wise....

 

yup, its gonna get the whole shabang!

i just need to make money and have time to work on the car. No cheap stuff here.

im gonna first drop it with either the Tein or TRD springs, to get rid of the gap for now.

hopefully get teins SS coilovers to get it riding nice. Then the lip kit. then some bronze volks. TRD superCharger. but then this is suppose to be a long term project.

endless possibilities but for now, just springs! ha

 

Get the Eibach setup. Drops a nice 1.2 inches all around

Those are OEM Foglights available on the SLE.

When you have $ get the Greddy Evo exhaust. Definately the best sound + power. Good luck finding a CAI. I remember none were made when I had the car 2 years ago. Rod Millen Motorsports makes a nice Short Ram if you can find one.

Look for the TRD Polyutherane bodykits. Those were AWESOME compliments to the looks of the car.

i personally would've chose a SC300 over a Solara. but the V6's do have more torque than the I6's.

 

would u get the eibach over the teins? Like i've been searchin but i cant seem to see which spring set up would be better. I want a pretty good drop. eibach is like 1.4 all around teins are 1.6 front 1.4 rear.

yea, its seems that people are making their own cold air extension on the short rams. Thats another project to work on. smile.gif

TRd lip kit is siccck.. i heard its hella hard to get those now adays. Very scarce in resource, and too much demand for them.

yea, i was looking for the SC300/400 as well but most of those in my location are around 140k-220k miles for about 5g's, which is too much mileage for me. Hella nuts how many miles you can find on those things, but for sure those are sick as fux.

From what i read. its 200hp 215tq!

I gotta shave off the emblems in the back soon to get the ride lookin clean.

if you bought a camry solara, wouldn't you have thought about a used new tiburon?
