Hey, I'm pretty sure it is, but the cai is for the rd series right? and it comes with all the hardware? Just to be safe rather than sorry wink1.gif

 

azngoose: yes it was specifically made for the RD tibs and has all of the hardware it actually might have extra clamps in the picture

 

I could not tell from the pic but if it does not come with the mounting bushing you can get one from jeggs for 7 bucks or so. They sell AEM replacement equipment.
