Nice Lookin Rd1 On Ebay
Only eleventy billion?
My black tib cost me about $12k in 2002 with 56k miles on it. Which even then I think that was overpriced a little bit.
I got this one in 2005 with I think 58k miles at a price of $5600. It's amazing the impact 3 years can have, eh?
Now it's worth $2, hah. I don't think I could sell it considering I don't know the current mileage. The odometer stopped at 67930 about 3 years ago. I could maybe get $3k for it, if that. I won't sell it though.

man... those were the dream days when these cars cost $15,000.
what a rip off nowadays. times have surely changed, but you still get a whole lot for what you pay for!! every one of these options except for A/C/Sunroof and leather comes standard on base cars now.

.... i don't know whats up with you, DTN & tibbychick, but i have been calculating my gas mileage after i bought shorty (name of my car), and it's a rough estimate of 45 mpg on highway, and 40 city..... i wonder what the previous owner have done to shorty hmmm....
Must be a stock engine, driven very slowly, lol. I wouldn't trust a rough estimate, do a real calculation. Run the tank till its down to empty, then fill it all the way, reset your tripometer to 0. Let the gas run down to empty again, then take the number on the tripometer, divide it by the number of gallons the tank holds, and you'll have your MPG.

"driven very slowly" lmao.gif i never drive slowly, i always go 5-10 mph over the limit >never once got pulled over for driving a lil bit over the limit.
that is just what i did, i reset my tripometer once the tank is filled, go wherever i want/need for a week, when i see the 'need gas' light come on, divide how many miles i went by 12 (i'm told that's how many gallon the tib gas tank is) ..... tell you guys what, i'll let it go empty this time (i never let my baby go hungry lol), fill er up, see how many gallons i put in, then do all that again, and when done i'll get back to ya wink1.gif
hmm, sleepertib, if i still get the same number, i'll figure it out for ya haha
