As per description - let me know what you want, I'm throwing this stuff out in 3 weeks.
The starter with the yellow writing is for a 4G Mitsu engine. Also it's gutted, using it as a mockup.

If it's from Liz's old tib, then I am unsure.
If it's from her most recent black one, then ~80K or thereabouts.
It all worked well when pulled. Rotates freely.
