$65 shipped to 32526 sound good? That's 1/2 off regular retail price new I think. Includes shipping/PayPal fees.
Not sure what brand, it's in excellent condition. Just a spare I had lying around. Not the screw on type, it's got a cap you slide off that exposes three hex key screws you use to tighten around the shift lever, then slide cap/cover back over screws. Pics below.
I'm on it.

the lugnut key shipped this afternoon. It was under the customs weight limits do it should ship direct to you without too much of a delay via USPS International.
