From the For Sale section rules
"If someone calls dibs and you sell something behind their back because you just couldn't wait for dibs to expire, you will be banned from sales for a week. 2nd offense = 6 months . 3rd offense = banned from sales forever. Each offense will also get you an increase in your warning level."
I'm going to see about clarifying the text of the rule. In this case, with PM'd offers before offers in the FS thread, there's no ban and no warning. The Moderating Team is about to start a discussion about this, and there will soon be a revision of the rules, stating clearly whether PM offers or public Dibs take precedence.

what the rules should probably state if the member that is selling some items is accepting dibs or "first person that sends the money," cuz just because you have a FS thread does not mean you want to honor or accept dibs, so the member selling should clearly state that
it was fuxed up what happen though

^ not the best way to go about it, but I guess it works. Stating such could have 10 payments sent before you have time to post that they've been sold.
"Dibs Called" or "Payment Sent" need to be stated in the thread by the buyer. It's SIMPLE forum etiquette, which I thought was fairly obvious.
