heh... that is why I would ONLY do it through eBay and Paypal. Protection is where it is at! I am waffling anyway.. I still want the F2 front bumper.. but I do like the King sideskirts..

Yeah well, Paypal is good for what 30 days....

Oh well man, let us know how it goes. The F2 bumper is nice as well, too bad 700 plus dollars on a bumper in shipping alone sucks shock.gif

well, considering it was listed several times before and nobody bid... I am probably a shoe in at the going price.

To answer the above question, yes it is just a lip kit and skirts... but I have plans for that. I am pretty good with 'glass and my father is an expert. We are going to install the parts, make a mold of the entire bumper, make a blank from the mold.. make modifications to the blank.. make another mold.. and then make the real bumpers... so by the time we are done, I will have a complete "kit"

Your best protection with an online transaction is with a credit card. In fact they are your best protection in just about any kind of e-cash transactions. I have never used my Paypal account and I would not deal with a retailer who doesn't accept credit cards.

The cost for a company to accept credit cards is minimal: on the high side, including a machine, it is $30/month + 3.5% of the transaction and is cheaper if you are a member of a Chamber of Commerce or certain industry associations, have a large number of transactions, etc. You don't even need a machine as there are companies that do the transactions through an automated telephone system. I question the legitamacy of any business that cannot/will not accept credit cards.

3.5 percent of a transaction is a LOT for a company that works on a tight overhead schedule.

I use my creditcards thru Paypal.

maybe... I am uncertain if I want clones of my car floating around... anyway, I am uncertain about trademarks and patents when dealing with a company from overseas that went out of business.. not that anything but the side skirts are staying as shipped.

Something I am going to try.. once I get the blank done, I want to pick up a RD2 front bumper and make a mold from the bottom of it. Might be different to have an RD1 with the lowerhalf of the bumper looking like the RD2
