I have a black RD2 here that Im considering just parting out. Its been here to long and I cant take it anymore. Im in the process of splicing in a new ecu connector because im 99% sure thats the issue. But I dont even have time to deal with that much less do the body work it needs. So I figure Ill offer it up and see what anyones interested in. Also if you can name a ballpark price so I can see what I have to work with. If someone local wants to come pick it up Id let it go for 2k. Heres some specs:

40k on motor and 5-speed trans. Some slight noise from HLAs but not to bad. Just showed up from sitting for a while.
Everything else to my knowledge has about 80k on it. Its in good shape though.
Wheels in good shape with like new tires
front bumper in good shape, would need paint
good sides
good rear
spoiler
wiper motors
wiring interior is leather, driver seat is torn
brand new clutch
moonroof

Let me know guys. Im going to try to get the wiring done so I can at least confirm that everything works. If it can be driven away at that point I may throw it on craigslist and try to make money on it. But I need it gone.

 

could i get the little coin holder? possibly the corners?

 

I'm sure there's quite a bit I could use there.

Someone might need the hubs for a captive swap.

I could use the sunroof controls.

And the window switch modules, and the Hvac stuff too.

 

if the headlights are clean and clear, i might be interested.

 

i could really use the plastic pieces for the front tire wells and any others under the front of the car. Also the sunroof plastic on the inside, mine has a big crack in it.

That motor sounds tempting...along with the trans as well... shipping would be way to much...would love to have an extra sitting around...

 

never mind about the fog lights, id rather have the fog light deletes instead, unless you want to sell them with the bumper

 

Ill have to check on the switch but the fogs are not there.
