My old headers are collecting dust in the garage...gotta get rid of 'em before the move.

They look worse than they really are; all rust is light surface corrosion, just needs a little tlc or new coating. I had high-heat enamel on them until I took them off the car and started to prep them for sale, but I never finished. The cat is a MagnaFlow 2.25 id with weld-in bung; the current configuration requires no mod to the downflow o2 sensor. The cat has been 75% cut at the collector; I can finish cutting it off, or leave it on, as you wish. If I get my o2 tank filled, I can re-weld the seam for you before shipping.

The headers are made by HVE Australia (now sold through PSC). They will fit all RD1 & RD2, 1.8 or 2.0.

Dibs. Did you feel nice gains with this header? I would need to get a flexpipe welded onto it but regardless I would love to take it off your hands - without the cat. When you cut off the cat, could you try to leave as much of the round collector pipe as possible so it will be easier to get a flexpipe welded to it? How much would shipping be to 21921? Thanks.

Also, do you think it would be possible to glass-bead the rust off of the exterior of the header?
