well I called Best Buy again and they said once the game is opened all they can do is exchange it for the same game. They won't even let me exchange it for Vice City on Xbox. It's the same game!! Oh well, now I guess I'll have to sell it and end up losing some money.

that's total BS.
At our Best Buy we would at least let you change it for the XBox version. We might loose a little money doing it, but odds are, you're more apt to shop with us again.

I told ya what to do. Go in in person. With the game in the bag with the reciept. Have the reciept for your returned PS2 also. Tell them you want to talk to the Assistant Manager. Then tell him you want to talk to the Manager. Then tell him you want to talk to the District Manager. Email their corporate headquarters and complain. Be nice, but firm. Use the "I understand your policy but I'm not a satisfied customer" approach. You will either get back your money or the exchange.
I guarantee you didn't talk to the store manager when you called. Calling is only 1/4 as powerfull as going in there with a slightly elevated voice, and standing your ground.
