I've got a good bit of used stuff here.

17" monitors mainly gateway ev700's - $50 (got 12 of them)

used pc's everything from p2's to p4's - ???
let me know how much your wanting to spend and I'll come up with a price and machine. Right now I know little about them, some are running some aren't. some have hdd's some don't. (example 100 could get you a running p2, ~$150 or so for the p3's, 200 for the p4)

Can you part out some things, like a good HD?

don't think I have any dvd burners and I have hdd's.

don't know what they are though. I have at least one 40 gb. I'd rather sell the machine though. if you don't want an os on it then I'd sell em for 1/2 the price of one running with an os.
