i did a search on that part number and alot of pumps came up GSS342 is a prefix for some of the 255lph pumps. what are the numbers after that? If it fits a 95-99 DSM then it will work for you Redz

Yes this is a DSM fuel pump. Maxxtib, i responded to your PM. I am going to have to ask that the price stay at 500 as im already taking a loss on it. As i said in the PM though, i have only used a battery to test that it powers up and communicates with the laptop. I didnt get so far as to hook it up, but it did communicate. Feel free to ask anymore questions.

oops.gif I just wasn't sure about the turbo that's why I asked. I have heard a ton about it but never saw an open bid or anything. Must be a good turbo!! Too bad I don't have $1,000.00 US kickin' around. lol.gif

So is there any special wiring with that pump or is it a direct swap? I saw Tim's DIY and wanna do it.

From what i have heard on the XD elantra, you just have to file away some of the plastic that hold the stocker in place and modify the electrical connections to plug it in.
