Due to some (positive fing02.gif ) changes in my life and my subsequent lack of time to dedicate to my project, I'm considering selling my turbo parts.

Much of the kit I bought from different people that were selling parts, some off ebay, and some from Speed-factor. The parts are bought directly from Tim (Speed-factor) are:

Garrett t3 super 60 turbo
SS Turbo manifold
downpipe w/wastegate dumpback
Oil feed and return lines
Intake & intercooler piping

I personally went to Tim's house (twice) to get these parts done exactly how I wanted them and am pleased with the results.

The turbo is new, no shaft play.

The manifold is very thick stainless steel, quite heavy, and is made for the downpipe I have. I have test fitted the manifold, turbo, downpipe, wastegate, and IC piping on my car and it all comes together nicely (although a tight fit in the engine bay!). The manifold requires cutting down 2 of the studs on the block (top row studs on left and right ends). You WILL need to either move the stock fans to the other side of the radiator, or get slim fans (everything fits with the slim fans I have).

In the picture you can see the manifold, turbo, and all the oil and coolant lines and fittings all together.

The IC pipes come with silicone couplers and clamps. I would suggest painting the piping. The turbo intake tube has a pipe for the BOV recirculation - you will need a tube going from the BOV to the intake tube. I already have the 1g DSM bov (uncrushed) bolted up to the pipe.

The intercooler is also from Speed-factor, but I bought it from another guy on HP. It's the same intercooler Tim used in his kits.

Everything else included:

Autometer boost gauge - self explanatory

Triple gauge pod fiberglass A-pillar - bought from an older member, this is the same one from the GB long ago

Turbonetics evolution wastegate (w/5, 7 and 9 psi springs) - used but in great condition

SMT6 - It's a proprietary model, but I have the activation CD and development manuals and everything necessary to get it running with the car and laptop

Vortech 12:1 FMU - used, but in good condition

Techedge wideband controller and NTK L2H2 wideband sensor (new) - see http://www.wbo2.com for complete details

2x 12" slim fans - you WILL need slim fams with this turbo manifold

2bar MAP sensor - used with the SMT6 for tuning and logging. Voltages correspond to standard GM 2-bar voltages

Laptop - To run SMT6 and wideband. Has all software installed on win98se (it won't run windows XP), it's slow but does the job

Onpol bored stock intake manifold - Bought it from a local member who bought it from Redzman. In addition to the gains from porting and polishing, you can use this with the fuel rail below. DSM injectors will NOT fit in a stock manifold and would require boring out the injector holes. Also looks a lot better than stock fing02.gif

DSM fuel rail and 450cc injectors - used, good condition. Be aware, these are LOW impedance injectors and require a resistor box to work with our ECU.

I also have a lot of other "nickel and dime" fittings, boost lines, ring clamps, boost T's, etc. from my countless visits to the local hardware store that I will include.

This kit is ready to be bolted up and start boosting. I only have a few suggestions: if you decide to use stock injectors, use the FMU. Also get a bigger fuel pump. If you use the 450cc injectors, get a resistor box (you can usually find these for less than $20 on honda-tech), and use the SMT6 to turn them down at idle. You will not need the FMU with the 450cc injectors. I would suggest a stronger clutch and 2.5" exhaust if you don't have those.

One more thing - I will also include a copy of Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. Read it before boosting.

For everything above, the price is $2600 + shipping. Here's a summary:

Turbo
Manifold
Downpipe
Wastegate
Intercooler
Intake & intercooler piping, couplers & clamps
Blow off valve
Oil and coolant lines
FMU
Boost gauge
Slim fans
SMT6
2bar map sensor
Triple gauge A-pillar
Wideband controller + sensor
laptop
intake manifold
DSM fuel rail & injectors

I will also sell the kit without the "fluff", consisting of the following for $2100 + shipping:

Turbo
Manifold
Downpipe
Wastegate
Intercooler
Intake & intercooler piping, couplers & clamps
Blow off valve
Oil and coolant lines
FMU
Boost gauge
Slim fans
SMT6

I have had a couple successful transactions through rdtiburon.com, and also have 100% ebay feedback (http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...me=STRK:ME:UFS).

I will entertain offers, but DO NOT LOW BALL ME. Please only post if you are genuinely interested and have the ability to pay. No payment plans, no dibs for 3 months. Please do not waste my time.

[EDIT-tibby01...Edit request from a_gut]
As far as payment - I will prefer bank wire transfer, Paypal, cashiers check, or other garunteed funds.

Sorry, no international shipping. If you have a shipping address in the US and can pay by the methods above, international buyers are welcome, but otherwise, sorry it'd be WAY too much hassle.

Definetly want this, but won't have the money for a month or so because I am waiting on a house to close before I'll have the spare cash.

So to clear up any confusion ive got 2nd dibbs, on the flufless kit, incase you (ericy321) dont have the money "soon" cuz i have the money now
