im sellign my tigerlily hyper u 8.5:1 motor
the head has some mild port work done to it... nothing major just cleaned up the ports a lil
8.5:1 tigerlily hyper u pistons
new crank and rod bearings
new head gasket
new head studs
since the rebuild it has maybe 5k miles on it... 2k are @ 300+ whp.... it still has even compression through all 4 cyl
ill let it go for 450 bux complete with intake manifold and throttle body
the parts in it alone are worth 600
the motor will be removed from the car mid november ish

which means

stock oil pan (i can weld a return bung on it for u for free if u wish but its hard to say where the best placement is for your setup....)
new crankshaftt bearings
new con rod bearings
new head bolts
new head gasket

intake manifold
throttle body
head already has allen key hole opened up for oil feed
mild exhaust porting... nothing special
stock fuel rail (will weld -6an bung on fuel rail for 20 bux)
ill also include 470 cc injectors for an extra 200

im selling to build a bigger badder motor because i have a haltech now.... yes they are stock rods... but stock rods are good to about 400 WHP and people without a stnadalone wont even come close to that
and dweet why are u building with a 1.8 crank? its the same as the 2.0 the differance between the two motors is the deck height and piston height... did u see randoms post on HA comparing the two?

Why don't you just build up a stronger engine from this one?
I might be interested though, just need to talk to my dad where I could store the engine for now.
How much would shipping be to MD 21117. Is there any way you could drive it to me since you are only 2.5 hours away? Of course I'd pay for the gas and tolls. I will get back at you if I can get it or not.
