Default fs: T67 Turbo Kit (i4 beta 2)

THIS KIT IS FOR AN I-4

Ok guys, ive been working on this kit for a little while now and i recently in the past few months have been laid off and unable to find work. Im gearing up here in a month or two to go back to school and get another career and right now i just need to free up some debt for school and get some cash for tuition. (Honest truth)

I REALLY hate to do this but, ive got no other choice. I built this turbo kit from scratch and ive been told the turbo would have too much lag which is definatly NOT the case with stock compression.
I can stomp the throttle while im at 60mph at about 2500ish rpm and start to see 3-5 psi and it quickly builds more boost past at 3000 rpm and up. Thats with the removable siliencer installed in the muffler which has a 1.75-2" outlet.... This turbo setup has EXCELLENT driveability and allows you to easily stay out of boost while driving around town but still spool quickly when you need it to.

Quick run down of this kit, Has a T67 turbo which is capable of 650-700 Hp if pushed that hard. It has an S-Cover and a .96 A/R turbine housing

The kit contains the following:

T4-T67 OBX Turbocharger (ran it on another car previous to this one. EXCELLENT quality and no shaft play or leaking seals) .96 a/r hotside T4 Turbine housing. Re-drilled to fit T3 Manifold
also comes with black t4 turbo blanket for turbine housing (from boostlogic)

Treadstone T3 cast turbo manifold. heavy duty cast manifold.

SS braided oil feed line (Not ebay junk) with fittings.
Pushlock return line hose with AN fittings

Water to air Intercooler core setup WITH bosch intercooler pump and Aluminum 2.6 Gallon water resevoir tank. Good for 500 hp. All fittings included as well.

Large heat exchanger for water to air intercooler setup (Barely fits behind front bumper in front of wheel well) Heat exchanger also has its own fan strapped to aid in cooling at stoplights.

Piping also is included with greddy type s style bov and couplers with clamps.

Full 3" downpipe that includes a 3" catalytic converter. Cat is removable and all connections are V-Band.
Includes bungs for both 02 sensors and one additional for a wideband.

SMT6 Fuel Managment with harness gm 3-bar map sensor (smt6 is currently being replaced by perfect power under warranty for a brand new unit)

Dual fuel Rail Setup with Subaru 850CC Injectors and pigtail connectors with longer intake manifold studs. (Truely bolt on)

This kit is worth quite a bit and i paid out the *** for all the parts. All the hard labor is done for you and the fabrication. The kit was fabbed on a 2003 Hyundai elantra. the exhaust setup is very similar for a tiburon if not the same.

again THIS KIT WAS BUILT ON A 2003 HYUNDAI AND WILL ALLOW FOR WAY MORE ENGINE BAY SPACE IF FITTED ON A TIBURON.

I've had NO clearance issues with the turbo and radiator at all and im using stock 125k mile old rubber motor mounts. The turbo has Never touched the radiator and the engine stays cool.

If you put this kit on an elantra you will have to remove your stock radiator fans and install a slim fan on the drivers side and a slim fan on the front of the a/c condenser (as a pusher) on the passenger side. If you have a tiburon you might not have to get rid of any of the fans at all.

So for a one off unique BIG turbo kit that can easily make 300-350 on a stock beta 2 (possibly 400 whp on e85) (or way more on a built motor)

since i have to put a price in here ill say 2200 + shipping (i am open to REASONABLE offers...)

Also, if intrested i have a slightly used AEM FIC engine managment setup for sale that can be thrown in with this kit for a little extra.

I also have shortblock (Freshly cleaned, vatted and honed ) ready for aftermarket internals and a cylinder head thats been cleaned vatted and re-surfaced and had valves freshly lapped into the cylinder head with slight porting on the exhaust side to remove casting flaws and smooth port transittion. Ive also got a good crankshaft as well. All engine spare engine parts were from an 04 kia spectra cvvt motor that had 80k on it originally.

1600 shipped guys. i cannot include the catback for this price because its just too bulky to ship and would cost a fortune.

you get the everything pictured in the kit + smt6 software with jattus turbo base maps and ill even throw in a prosport boost gauge (0-30 psi) and a REAL apexi turbo timer.

Aem FIC is not part of the kit but can be added for more $$$ or the smt6 can be swapped out in place of the fic.

Fic works just fine, personally i dont have the patience to tune with it and i wanted somthing easier to use imo. was literally hooked up and on my car for a week or so and i decided i didnt like it.

has EVERYTHING (even the little plastic vaccum tee) like it was brand new. works perfectly fine.
