I am not sure what you mean by insert. I bought EiBach Struts and Springs and replaced the OEM. The only reason I had to take the OEM ones apart is because I needed the upper spring holder and the lower rubber piece that the spring sits on.

Basicly what I have is the main strut itself. I'll try to take a pic tonight or tomorrow.
