OK I hav been thinking alot about this. I am at san diego in navy at school. "Jaws" is in iowa just siting there. I hate for it to do that. So I am puting it up for sell. The turbo went bad so it is not running so it will be needed to be trailed out. all it needs is new turbo (GT28rs) and a tuning. I want 6,000 for it as is. It needs to be pick up and I will not ship it since I cant get to it. If no one buys it ill be keeping it and working on it when I can. I just hate for it to sit, It needs to be on the road. This car has been something like part of the family, many of us have watched it "grow" into what it is today since the early days...
I hope it says in the forums if you buy it... however if you get no offers (which would be crazy for that car at that price) you could also post at Elantra XD, there might be some members interested into the car...

Ok I am going to try to talk to some people to see if they can help me out. I might not sell this anymore I will have to see in a day or so now.
But the reason It is so cheap rember is that you need a new $1,000 turbo and retune and you have to pick it up and trailer it your self.

 

You can always get get the turbo rebuilt for well under 250USD. Just a thought.

 

I will tell you what, in a couple of weeks I should be able to have the money. I am in oceanside near camp pendleton. If I can come up with the money, I will buy it off you so it will stay around the hyundai family so if one day you want to buy it back, it will be here.
