Grant Evolution shift knob. It's a universal and not thread on, so it sits low. 3 1/4" tall, 1 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" front to back palm grip. Real leather, nice quality and hand feel. Info:

Three set screws. It comes with a little allen wrench too. It fits the RSA fine, but seeing as I have no blue on my car anywhere...

Update and clarification:

Knob is available.

And it has a 3" max insertion depth, so it can sit just .5" above the top of the threaded shifter section, significantly lower than any thread-on knob. That's why bolt-ons are ideal for stock or taller short-throw shifters.
