Have you put it up for sale in any local mags/papers/neighbor hoods ?

I'd put it up on auto trader as well.

 

No - I haven't done that because I'm not ready to give up on the hope that a member will take the car or will bring another member to the board.

I don't want to sound incorrect, but most of the local buyers who've expressed interest dont seem like they'd be a good addition to this forum - I doubt some of them can read well - yep, it's that bad. I've gotten offers close to mine but I tell them it's sold for that same reason.

Instead of selling local, I will lower the price of the car to $3100 for a member or a member referral. If this doesn't work, then I'm left with little choice.
