^^ the clock itself, without the stock brown filter, is kinda a slightly bluish green white light. It's entirely too bright though... It would blind you during the daytime. A 35% tinted clear lens may do the trick.
My dad is a photographer. He taught me a few things about modifying color. If you look at a color wheel, you can find the opposite color and apply a filter in that exact shade to balance it out.

The way Hyundai did their clock was they started out with a color around the tip of 29 and added a red/brown filter somewhere near the middle of 4 which cause the color to become darker and greener.

The stock color is somewhere around the very tip of 29, so you'd need the very tip of 11 to change the color to pure white. It can be a bunch of trial and error though because your eyes are not calibrated devices. If you want to just put a filter behind the stock lens, you can match that color up and select a color that way as well, but it will be darker then stock. Ritz Camera has a large selection of filters that you can purchase from them special order. If you ordered a bunch of the pinks i'm sure you could find something which would help you. They will have their own color wheel though.

I'd just kill to have a completely functioning set of dash led's.</div>
I'm not taking on any more projects for a while and I'm just trying to tie up my current ones which have been in the works for the last few months. I've only got about 40 days until I move.

LibbyTheTibby, your blue clock lens shipped. Btw, I think I already told you, but I'm from Missoula.

I figured I'd get yours out tonight. I'm going to be up all night doing homework so I went to the store for some caffine and dropped your envelope in the mail.

DTN, thanks, that was ridiculously fast!
if you're ever traveling around when you get back into MT, let me know. It'd be fun to meet up and see you're ride in person. I'm down in Bozeman currently.

Drewinator: You live in Canada. That's going to cost an extra $0.30! chairshot.gif
