Just found this in my basement; it is slightly used. It's in pretty good condition; it does show signs of usage, but I was gentle with it. Had it on my RD2 for a few months, other than that it's been in my basement. It fits an RD2 and I believe this also fits an RD1 (maybe somebody else could verify this?). Yes it will fit an RD1 fine. You may have to relocate the sensor that is on the drivers side strut pillar.
