Just got home from work. Yes it will work with a stock unit. It has a regular oe chip and a performance chip. The progrqm an it is leaner to help with running rich. I had all my parts on when I installed it. I did reun the ecu with just the came and Cold air intake and it ran fine. But it definately makes the car come alive with all other mods done.
