I saw your intention to buy this, but I also understand that not every sale follows through. Too many things can happen, and I was mostly giving Nick a hard time since he was such a big member in the Hyundai community years ago and then decided to fall off the internet.

I wasn't serious in saying Peter should buy it, it was a joke, since he now owns 3 Tiburons

I very much doubt you will see dweet on here again. first off he is in Iraq as we speak for 4 to 6 months and he owns a damn nice black madzaspeed 3.

he eventually told me the reason he bought the mazda was he just wanted a nice car that he didnt have to try to do a bunch of small things like we do to the tibs.

not talking for him at all cause he may be back, but i know for a fact at least no response from him for 4 to 6 months cause of his deployment.

if a mod could close this thread so we can move on, great. if someone needs proof I have dweet's tib, I can supply pics.

no problem on that one peter. this weekend I am replacing all the lug bolts for two reasons.

1. they show alot of buildup from salty roads and what not and one bolt on the front right won't allow a lugnut on, threads are bunged up.

2. I was going to do it on my other tib, so why not do it to both at the same time, lol.

I also have the paint needed to repaint the front bumper since it is mainly grey from the paint spidering on it. just a few simple odds and ends to clean up on it and some other things to take out that aren't needed and it will become a nice car for the GF.

I will be taking the rear strut bar off and putting it on my car since it is blue and silver and will look better on my silver tib, at least that is what i am going to tell the GF,lol.

she has two weeks also to learn how to drive a stick shift or else i am swapping trannies out for my auto. the stage 3 clutch is a nice addon, this car is really quick compared to mine, envious of that part.

Wow man.. You could have gotten more money than that for a trade-in at the dealership. I got my local toyota dealer to offer me 4700 for my mostly stock tib w/ 63k on it...
