MODERATORS: I am posting this information in all of don8896's sale threads because I feel like I have been taken advantage of. He will not answer my emails and has failed to be at all helpful of coming to a resolution to my problem.
I ordered these side skirts from don8896 on October 9th. Here is a picture of the skirts I was suppose to get:
Two weeks later, I received these in the mail:
Here the last letter of correspondence I received from him. Its been almost a week and he still has not gotten back to me:

Why in the hell did you BEND the side skirts man! One is almost cracked! Seriously, I am not putting these on my car. I would like a refund of my money and if you want these back, send some extra money to ship it back to you. I eve offered you a little more money so these could be shipped out properly.

it was the only way to get them there cheaper. there poly if there not cracked it shouldn't be a big deal. But if you want refund you ship them back and i will refund. Dam i was just tryin to help you out.

Dude, I aint shipping anything back until I get my money back, AND the cost to ship it back to you. So, I need 50 bucks and whatever the shipping was so I can send them back to you. FEDex ground is hella cheap. you should have used them. I just ordered an entire rear bumper for my truck, thing weighs a ton, is just as tall/long as the sideskirts, and it was only 25 to ship it from New York.
Sorry man, I dont mean to rain on your day. I'm sure you had every intention to help me out, but the pictures that you sent me were of straight sideskirts, not bent skirts. I would have never bought them had I known this would happen to them. I'm not sure who would buy these in this condition.

And thats the last I've heard. Paypal wont do anything because its not an "ebay" purchase, I purchased them through a for sale thread that don 8896 had posted. If don would please respond to these threads, OR, respond to my emails so we can get this thing resolved, that would be great.
I feel that I am entitled to these resolution terms:
1. A full refund, including return shipping if he wants these back
OR...
2. A full refund. He can then post MY pics of these skirts and try to sell them to a member in their present state. Maybe someone DOES want these bent up side skirts, in which case, once he sells them and I get the shipping costs, I will send these mangled body parts out to whomever wants them.
3. Any other ideas are welcome man, just dont leave someone hanging. Seriously, get back to me ASAP so we can resolve this issue.
Until then, I would urge all members on the forums to beware of this member and the products he is selling.
