it was one of the first mp3 players, so you connect it to the computer by sticking it in the docking station, and then connecting that to the printer port on your computer(LPT port). I think it is compatible with up to 64mb smart media flash cards. the player runs on two rechargeable AAA batteries, and i will give you 4 energizer ones that will work with it. on a fully charged battery, you get about 5 hours of playback. here is an online version of the manual. it has a few exterior bumps, but works great. i also have a few songs on it. total memory is 32mb(internal) and 32mb(removable smart media flash card).

the only things i dont have that came with it are headphones,and the manual, but the online version is the same.
