depends on the exhaust shop...but problem is making sure the flange is the same angle as the flange on the exhaust

 

Any decent exhaust shop that aren't con artists would do it for less than $30 I'd say. And the Angle of the exhaust wouldn't really be a big hurdle for an exhaust shop. They could just attatch the flange to the exhaust, push the header up to meet it and weld it up. Pretty simple.

I'm sorry but I don't know if it will fit an 04.

 

It'll bolt to the head without any problems. The downpipe though, don't know if it'll line up.

 

I will definitely take it once I confirm it fits my car. I'm asking around in newtiburon.com. I'll let you know soon.
