I just got your texts, can't really see what's going on in the pictures. Sat down at the desktop hoping to see the pictures here after I saw you posted. You mentioned "The inner chrome plastic is broke and moves around in the inside! KNow what hell do I suppose to do frome here?" This surprises me as the headlights left here in PRISTINE condition, no damage, which is why I was so hesitant to go so low on my sale price to you and each headlight was packaged individually and so that they could not move around in their respective packages so as to cause damage. This also sounds like an odd type of damage (again can't see the pictures well) to be cause by shipping but that is the only explanation I have for this report. Kickin' myself in the ass for not placing "FRAGILE" stickers on the box!

As stated on the date of shipment, each box was insured for $100, so there's that option you have available (which would put $10 in your pocket if you do the math). Not really sure how to go about that, I guess by using the tracking numbers on the fedex website and clicking "report a problem with this shipment" or something along those lines?? I can help you look into it. I pay for insurance on all my shipments that I can specifically in case something like this happens.

Ok. Got the pics here to see.

That damage was definitely not present on the headlights the last time they were in my possession, I would have noticed. Must have occurred sometime thereafter. Take good pictures of the box they were shipped in if you still have it (was there any damage to it?) in case you need evidence for FedEx of mishandling or something..

Just an update, I spoke with FedEx and filed a claim on both boxes. They cut a check to the shipper which is this case is my employer since I ship through them, so they will have to cash it and then write me a check when they get it. Then I can refund you Rd1Cuda. It'll probably take a couple weeks for all that to take place with the Holiday, I apologize for the delay..

No problem bro! Im curious are you going to repair them or are you going to part out the headlight by taking off the glass?

To bad they shipped them back to you because I would have repaired them. But I would have to find some headlights at the junk yard tho! Do you think I can still get them if I paid for shipping?

They did not ship the headlights back to me. To my knowledge, they are being held at some FedEx holding warehouse. No idea where. I dont know if I can get them back. I'll find out.

RD1cuda, an update:

I got word from my employer/shipper that they have received two insurance refund checks, one for each shipment/box, from FedEx. They will process the checks this week and cut me a check afterwards. Once I can cash that check I can refund you. The headlights themselves are being held in an Overgoods Holding Warehouse. FedEx doesn't release them after a claim has been paid, they just throw them away.

Thank you again for your patience.
