chris, i have all those parts off my rd2. if you need them, let me know

 

Hey guys, everyone please read this if you wanted a part (any parts, even if I said no to begin with)


Ok so I went to the junkyard yesterday. Took all the parts off the car, brought them to the office, and had to leave half of them there because they wanted ridiculous amounts of money for the parts. I was so pissed, I tried to hagle with them but they wouldn't budge. So anyway I went to another junkyard after that, and they have an RD2 which is also in decent condition, hit in the front. They are better with their prices, so if anyone needs anything off an RD2, let me know.

Here is what I did get:

Silver vents and door handle surrounds
Kefico TPS
Passenger's side foglight
RD2 shift surround (not painted)
Spark plug cover
power window switches (both sides)

The only fender that was good was the driver's side, which we took off, but they wanted $50 just for that. I know thats a bit too much. Also the gauge cluster they wanted like $50 for.

I can get a 1.8 ECU, but I'm not sure how much they would want for it. Probably around $50.

The leathers in the silver RD1 are dirty and scraped up and the passenger's side is collapsed. Sucks, I know. The RD2 has the back seats still and they are in great condition.

Off the top of my head, the following parts on the RD2 are good:

PS headlight
rear tails
rear leathers
full dash (not painted or anything)
PS door panel

and both cars have full engines.

Also I am 99% sure that I have the back piece to the A/C controls at home. I didnt get a chance to double check, but I will tonight.

So, after all this, if you still want/need the parts, let me know for sure and I will give you a final price with shipping.

Oh I forgot to say if you havent paid for the silver ones yet and the oter place gives you a better deal, you can pick them up there and I'll just paint them, all up to you of course thanks again.

 

^on the RD2 you mean? The RD1 didnt have any.
