Hey Redz, I posted this on kspec too, is there a part number for just the ps and water set? I couldn't find it on the site (except for the beta II...not the same right?)

Pulley set ordered today. I'm thinking that I may try to run w/o the ac just for kicks. Is it as simple as not running the belt from the crank to the ac or do I need to do something else? Is there any downside other than no ac and increased humidity with the defrost? And yes I searched wink1.gif

It's the purple one. My friend has an 01 gsr and one of his belts blew on the highway when he was going like a buck fifteen. He ended up just taking off the power steering and ac belts. He says it runs so much better.

Thanks for the pulley. I gotta tell you that was the road trip from hell. First the huge accident at the exit we needed to get off at so we had to get off at another exit and figure out how to get there. Then no one in North Haven could give us the correct directions to Broadway and then on the way home there was another huge accident on 95 in CT. Highway shut down again and we had to get off in the middle of bumfvck nowhere and figure out how to cross a lake and get 3 exits down past the accident. 9 1/2 hours for a 4 1/2 hour drive !!! And that's not even talking about the nachos I ate that about killed me...
