Kingdom Hearts is the full US game, with the addition of several new bosses, additional FMV scenes, an extended "secret" ending hinting at the sequel, and some new weapons, armor, items, and abilities. It is in English voice with Japanese subtitles. New, $55 shipped to continental US. This is not the Platinum edition, but it is the same game content... this is only missing the extra collectible stuff that is currently making the Platinum Ed run for a ridiculous $300+ on eBay.

FFX International also has new bosses and some other changes/additions from FFX, it is in English voice with English subtitles. New, $40 shipped within continental US.
