New H&R springs for 97-01 tiburon: $175 shipped(reduced price).
They will give you 1.6" front and 1.5" rear drop. I believe they are one of the best springs available for Tiburon, their quality is comparable to Eibach's and they give you lower drop.

H&R Springs kick ass.. I have em and I love em.. I got GR2's with them.. You can feel every bump in the road, but TOTAL control (I stuck a 90 degree turn @ 35mph in the rain w/ h&r, gr2, kumho 911's).. Not TOO stiff, and you dont bounce like the low cut springs..

Theres a pic.. The rear is a TAD higher now, that was before I installed new struts..

 

thats not bad..i was hoping to drop it 2 inches..but oh well..1.5 isnt bad
