I know DTN just sold his last one, but i have some plastic left over from when i did mine. Since mine are cut as nice as his im going to ask 5 bucks for each lense. i think i have enough for 5 or 6 lenses. They are cut 2"-1" and to install i just took out the stock lense and placed it in there and it stuck fine, but a little glue would help. Tibbychick bought one from me so you can ask her about the quality.

Yeah I'll vouch for them. It makes a nice deep red color, and looks great. I used epoxy and just glued it on. Stays in place no problem!
