Fs: Feeler For My Pewter 00 Z28 6sp 49k Mi
Not selling the car yet, but wanted to see what I can get for it and if the price is right I will let it go.
Title is clear and I have a carfax from when I first bought the car; it has never been in accident. Car is pewter in color and is a hardtop, which will never leak like t-tops. Car has 49k mi and 6 speed transmission with a great operating clutch.
Tires only have 8k mi on them. Wheels are 16's with one of them having a very light curb rash.
Exterior is in good, but not perfect condition. Has some light scratches that I will try to remove before selling the car and maybe a few scratches that won't go away. Front bumper was cracked about an inch(have a picture of the small crack) by my neighbor's truck and he paid for a new bumper and a paint job. Since they just used the paint code, you can see a very slight difference in colors between bumper and fenders.
Interior is cloth and in great condition without any stains or rips I believe.
Modifications that were made by previous owner are:
SLP Loudmouth exhaust
MTI carbon fiber lid w/ K&N filter
160* stat w/larger housing
Pro 5.0 shifter, lous short stick, I have the stock shifter
I added a few apearance items such as:
Clear bumper lights
Billet grille
Tail light blackouts
6000K HID kit
Car is in great condition. There are some little problems that I know of:
ABS light comes on once in a while, but doesn't affect anything
Possibly blown front driver's side speaker
I took the car to the track last year when I first bought it and ran 12.98@110mph
I think if I can get $12,000 for it, I will let it go, if not then I will keep it for a few more years. No low ballers please. I don't need to sell the car, so don't waste your time unless you have the money.
Let me know what you guys think.
Here is one picture and email me if you want more.

I'm thinking about selling it because these cars are in high demand right now and if I could get the right amout of money for it, it would be very nice. I also saved up some money already and thinking of possibly something newer, maybe 03-04 Cobra or 01-02 vette.
There is nothing wrong with the car and I did not stop liking it. It's mostly financial reasons.

fellas it's pointless. once a RWD always a RWD. there's no turning back. damn OP surprises me yet again! i'd tell you to stick with it until you have found out more about the so called RWD Tib rumor. if not that, insurance on a Vette would kill you. Mustang Cobra is your best bet although a lot of people have them and they're uncomfortable and plain. I've seen some really nice mustang cobras however I still think Tibs and Vettes are very properly, well, curved.
granted your camaro is sick, and i do mean sick, if you're thinking RWD, I'd go out and get a nice hot Supra. Problem with those is that they're old and parts cost a LOT.
even though this isn't going to work and there's no point, i'm gonna say it: ...Time to get a GK! sorry i had to just for the heck of it. haha.
PS good to see you back here checking in and out. we need to hang out sometime when we're not so busy.

Insurance on a vette will be a few hudreds more at most. Already checked that smile.gif
Cobras look different than a regular stang, pack lots and lots of power and are easily made 500whp.
Supras are way overpriced. I wouldn't mind getting one, if I had the money, but you can get a better car for what I would have to pay for a supra.
No GK for me man. It's underpowered FWD car that will never be fast enough for me.
Once summer comes up, we will definitely hang out smile.gif

I've seen some fvckin' nice Cobras man. They're really what Mustangs are about. I must admit they are a hell of a car compared to the "lesser" versions. They're tough, wide tires and limitless options. Even simple CAI's can add 20 horsepower.

I've seen a few of these, very very nice in my opinion. I think it's quite the stunner.
But you know any V8 you buy will suck your pockets out and theres no garuntee the engine had taken a Ferris Bueller in the past.
Keep it real man, don't think too hard and it'll come to ya.
