When I first bought my Tib I checked these out, all I found was...they suck. But of all the posts and all the people who steered me away, not one of them really tried it. So has anyone actually put one of these on? And what did they really find?

Agreed that this thread should not be in this section, but I would like to hear something from someone who has really tried it.

They would work if they were more efficient... gain to power loss is like 1:1 now... so you wouldn't feel any difference. In the future (if we don't run out of gas and ride bycicles everywhere) it might be a plausible mod. Now, nah.

They also all have plastic blades, and they tend to break off under stress and heat and end up in your engine.
