is this something similar to a Palm III ?
Do the wireless network cards only work in places where the is wireless internet, or is it that satellite stuff? So can I use the GPS software while driving in the car and it tells me how far I am away from my destination and where to turn?

 

This is a pocket PC. Much better than palm. Wireless network only works where there is a wireless connection. You could get satellite or cell cards for it, but they are VERY expensive per minute. The GPS software is cool, it will show you exactly where you are on the map, what's coming up, and will even talk to you when it is time to turn. Ok, I relisted the item without the GPS. If I sell the Axim I will be selling the GPS seperately with a USB adapter so you can hook it to a laptop. There is a low reserve on it.
