Built by a local car audio shop. It's maid of a light weight plastic sounds great and is extremely light. Fits 12" subwoofers

it's an awesome looking setup. If I were you, I'd highly consider buying it and just repainting it... just like you would your dash.
don't pass it up just because of the color... it shouldn't take hardly any effort to paint it. If you've never painted interior pieces before, this is a good project to try
