I went to Car Toys yesterday to see about installation and they said that installing this alarm with them would run me $380 because of the labor, power lock actuator, truck pin, etc. Plus they didn't really know the alarm so it might even cost more once they saw it. Is this normal? Should I be expecting to pay this much to get it installed? It seems like a lot of money...
It all depends on where you go and who you know...but that seems pretty high to me. I received all of the paperwork from Code Alarm. You might want to ask them if they have a fax machine and I can send it to them. The specs and whatnot that they sent total like 24 pages. I can still email it to you but it is pretty lenghty. The alarm also still has the users guide and installation manual too. Like I said the box has been opened but that is it, everything else is still wire tied and how they sent it....new and shiny with wires untouched. Let me know what you want me to do and I will get you that information. wink.gif
