This is for a 97-01 Fender.

This is the passenger side and the color is cardinal red. You can sand it, or re-paint it if you need to. There is minor damage to the fender shown in the picture below. The damage is in area 2 according to the picture below. It is a small dent that occurred from a shopping cart. If you're looking for something that doesn't have to be perfect and for a good price this is a great deal, I've checked on eBay and they are nowhere near this price. There are no other dents or scracthes besides the one I've mentioned

I just bought a fender off of eBay the other day for 85 shipped.. it's not oem but it's brand new, primered, and looks identical to a stock one.
