I dont have the model number but the only number I have is Y08-6310-10
its a Kenwood excelon KAC-X something lol if you buy they sub and amp i will give you a better price with them together. For the amp you would need 3 screws which are like a quater at ACE. Also I had a piece of a av break in the amp but now its out and it still works great just want you to know.
