What all did you do to it?

REDZMAN 03-21-2006 04:38 PM

Uhh, he ported and polished it.

kb5133 03-21-2006 04:52 PM

Stupid question but, can you use stock internals on it?

2uniq 03-22-2006 06:43 AM

Yes cool.gif

Viper966 03-22-2006 02:17 PM

yes you can use stock internals

all i did was port out the intake size to get rid of all the casting flash and open itup by about 20% and i polished the exhaust side to mirror finish to stop carbon buildup

You guys are friggin killing me 02.gif Everytime I get some cash stashed someone comes up with one of these can't pass up deals. Are there going to be issues if I use the 1.8 cam and ecu with this thing?

Viper966 03-23-2006 12:59 AM

no issues... this thing will work perfect with the 1.8cam and ecu... it will run nice as well

Would like to see pics. Did you do a 3 angle Valve?? Flow tested? Is this what we will be expecting from the P&P chain that will be starting soon?

Ok...you asked for offers...300.00 shipped pending pics and Q's above.

Viper966 03-23-2006 09:22 AM

i didnt take pics yet, it wasnt flow tested, but i took a significant amount of material off... ill post oics today... there is no need for a 3 angle valve job on a brand new head, they get a 3 angle from the factory
