FS: Black 2000 Tiburon automatic
I am selling my 2000 Tib automatic (black). I used it as a daily driver for communitng to work (1.5 hrs trip). Never abused, it's in good/excellent shape. Everything works on the car except for the winshield washer fluid pump (clogged, I think) and the cruise control (I have Kspec's BBTB). Well maintained and oil changes every 3,300 miles with Castrol Semi-Synthetic. Reason for selling: I will be buying pretty soon a Toyota Prius. Asking Price $7,500.
Miles: 64,326 as of this morning.
VIN #: KMHJG25FXYU200005
Mods,
Engine:
K-spec BBTB (61 mm) with matched intake manifold opening.
AOS underdrive crank pulley.
Cone filter.
SR strut bar.
MBRP catback exhaust.
Transmission cooler kit.
Oil cooler kit.
Wheels:
17" ADR (silver, 5-spoke, some scratches).
215/40 R17 FULDA high performance all season (about 10k miles).
Crossdrilled & slotted rotors (F&R).
Interior:
Katzkin 2 tone leather seats (black w/ grey inserts).
Audio:
Alpine CD/mp3 player (model CDA-9807) XM ready.
JVC 12 CD case (in trunk).
Kenwood 6.5" door speakers
Body:
Cuda2 body kit. Front bumper & sides needs better fitting, also repainting due to the chirps from highway use. Rear bumper has minor damage (small crack). None of this is visible until you get close to the car.
I wil also be including the stock wheels and tires (about 27k miles), stock exhaust, intake manifold and TB, and 2 KUMHO 205/40R17 tires.
If anybody wants to see the car or wants more information, e-mail me or post here. I will provide my phone #, address and set up a time to meet on Saturday or Sunday to those who are interested in seeing the car. I am located in Woodbridge, VA (30 miles south of DC).
Thanks,
Anton,
PS. I get red Xs trying to post the pics. If you want to see the pictures, email me or maybe a moderator can help me post the pics.

It's not worth as much with the mods on. Sorry mang. You should part them out then sell.

Yes, I know I should demod it, unfortunately because of the Cuda2 bumper if I put the stock exhaust back in then I have to modify it so that exhaust tip aligns with the opening in the bumper.
KBB gives me a private sale of ~$6400 for good condition and I have seen these cars stock in the dealership lots for ~$8000. I spent ~$4000 in mods (not including installation, etc) so I thought $7500 was a good price. But if it's too high, then what would be a reasonable asking price?
Thanks,
Anton
