Yes Moo, that's what it is in it's simplest form. Blacktibs went further with it and found acrylic rods that were round and a better thickness than curtain rods. He also upped the ante on the installation of the LEDs (or a few LEDs per halo depending on colors), as well as the very professional clear material that connects the ends of the loop. The notches are close to perfect in deptch and in distance apart, which makes for a superior even glow around the halo. He then took it even further and researched and experimented in order to accomodate cars other than his own (Accents, Elantras, Sonatas... etc).

yeah I have help now, I'm training.
See the whole problem about training though, is this is not something that can be taught, it must be experienced.
What people pay for when they buy from me, is not the product, its the service. I've been doing this full time for the past 2 years, which is fine for getting some cash in my pocket, and new parts for the car. I just cant rely on this to stand the test of time. I'm getting married in June, and its not just about me and the tiburon anymore. So things evolve to a higher playing field is all. I'm not going anywhere, just I'm a busy bastard, and making people wait when things get crazy is too much to handle.
Imagine what goes through my head when someone b****es and moans about the 40 bux they sent me, and how I better be ready to deal with the consiquences for making them wait  lol
I really have a tuff time not exploding on people when they become retarded, and I keep in mind 40 bux may not be a lot to me, but to some kid fixing up his first car, it can be a matter of life and death. haha.
But even if I sold the company, which nobody could possibly afford my cost, they would be stuck with a bunch of tools they dont know how to use, and they'd really have to teach themselves whats up. My first 4-6 months were purely learning how to do things, after that I had to learn some business sense, and now finally, well, I'm just the man, when it comes to lighting. Arrogance aside, I really have fallen in love with my work. I'd say to make cash in your pocket after the start up money needed to get the ball roling, it'd take a pretty handy guy about a straight month of working with my tools to get anything close to being worth selling. When I say hand made stuff I mean its my hands that burn from the heat and ache from the strain for each ring made. Trust me, this is not a good business venture anyway.
Hope that lightens anyones desire to step into this business.
So I'm just happy everyone has supported me this whole time, its really you guys who made this brain child come to life, no doubt.

That was the idea I was trying to convey was that it may sound like something you'd want to do with just those simple steps that everyone keeps posting but that in the long run it gets really time consuming to make these. Also, it's so obivous that he doesn't use cheap plastic curtain rods, just look at how they glow. OOOOO... purty...
