I was showing my dad the headlights. He was just curious in this picture he think the side bracket looks siliconed or epoxy'd together. Any info on this?

it was a crack in the case, that i stated in the first post. it didnt effect anything. i silliconed it only because i had it off the car and was puting in the halos. it was never brken off but just a crack.
