I have used alpine head spacer that should fit beta engines, I'm not sure about thickness of it, but I believe alpine claims compression drop to 8.5 or 8.0. It's made out of metal and looks almost like the one from kspec. I will take pictures when I get home tonight.
Since kspec selling a new one for $300 shipped, I will let this go for $200 shipped anywhere in lower 48 states.
