Ok guys, these are my babies... I love these subs dearly but need money even more. Ask around and most people will agree that He2's were great subs, argueable the best money could buy for the price, and thats exactly why I bought them. Compared to anything else in the price range they sound amazing. So here they are:
2 10" Rockford fosgate He2's DVC RFP4210
individual specs:
Enclosure Material Steel
Speaker Type Passive
Speaker Diameter 10"
Nominal (RMS) Output Power 400 Watt
Max (RMS) Output Power 800 Watt
Input Impedance 2-8 Ohm
Driver Details Car speaker: 1 x subwoofer driver - 10" - polypropylene - Dual Voice Coil
Cutout & Mounting Dimensions
Diameter 9.1 in
Depth 5.7 in
Here is a link that explains much of this in detail as well (good info):

Next up is my Power Acoustik "1000W" LT980-2 Amp. Power Acoustiks IMHO are some of the most under-rated amps around. The good thing about this is they are affordable. here are some specs:
* Diamond Cut Heatsink with Powder-Coated Insets
* Blue Backlit Side Panel and Top Controls
* PWM Mosfet Power Supply
* Variable 30-500 Hz Low-Pass Crossover
* Variable 50-500 Hz High-Pass Crossover
* Top Mounted Controls with Removable Clear Cover
* Variable 60-200 Hz Subsonic Filter
* Variable 24 dB Bass Boost
* Tri-Mode Capable
* 2-Ohm Stereo / 4-Ohm Mono Stable
* 3-Way Protection Circuit
* Gold-Plated Input Terminals
* 4 Gauge Power and Ground Connections
* RCA Outputs
# Amplifier Type: 2-channel
# RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 220W x 2
# THD at 4-Ohm RMS Power: 0.02 %
# Bridged RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 560W x 1
# Speaker Level Inputs: No
# Preamp Outputs: Yes
# Built-In Crossovers: HP/LP
# Bass Boost: 0 - 24 dB
# Frequency Response: 10-30,000 Hz
# Signal to Noise Ratio: 98 dB
As you can see it is 220w x 2 at 4ohms, but my subs (because of the dual voice coils) are wired in 2 ohms so if anyone wants to actually figure it out go ahead, but if i remember right that comes to about 375w rms x2 (to each sub). Powers them perfectly.
