i guess you could say that. it will look like this except with coil and wires plus the other little stuff like that. this is not the engine mine looks MUCH BETTER!

hey tib500, i was searching ebay for low miles beta 1 to put on my 98 tiburon. btw what year did that motor came out of? am still looking on where i can get a low mileage engine so if you could calculate shipping to inglewood ca 90302.

another thing can a 00 engine fit a 98? w/o changing adding or changing anything? because i been searching for engines but their listed as they will only fit a certain group of years. 00-03, 99-01, 97-98, this is very confusing.

 

^^all 2.0 and 1.8l beta engines from 97-01 will fit in your car. if you go for a beta2 from 00-08 then you will have to do a little swaping of things.
