According to the usps site shipping for front shocks is gonna run $18 and shipping for the lid is almost $10. I'll go in person tomorrow when I ship some things and check it out though because I assumed the lid would only be a few bucks. I also took a picture of the arm because It's been a while so I don't know if it's intact. Nothing appears to have been broken off but for all I know it made a nice clean brake and then I'd be selling you a broken part. The other side of it is just smooth. Also almost forgot but I don't have the screws for the bottom of the lid. I'm sure they are here somewhere but damned if I'll be able to find them.

USPS has Priority Mail "FLat Rate" boxes, and they cost about 4.75 to send. The boxes are free. With insurance and delivery confirmation, it comes out to about $6 to 8 bucks usually for something light and small like that. Can you get a picture of the bottom of that piece? It looks like it's in perfect shape but that pic would help. Of the hinge area (Not the long piece, the hinge at the back of the armrest).
